Anja, the Daredevil

At the Forest Lake carnival, Anja was really enjoying all of the little kid rides.  Her cousin decided she wanted to go on the mini-rollercoaster.  Anja really wanted to go and was very sad to find out that she was too short to get on it (left picture above).  Moments later, Kip read the part that said, "unless accompanied by an adult."  He told Anja she could go and she was ecstatic (right picture above).  Short video of the ride coming soon.

The 4th of July

We had a great time in Forest Lake celebrating the 4th of July with the Kraseans.  We spent the third relaxing, swimming, and eating s'mores.  On the 4th, we headed to the parade in the morning.  The kids loved the candy, of course.  Johan was also eaten by a Chinese dragon, which was pretty funny.  After spending the day in the lake and doing the slip n' slide, we headed to town for the carnival.  The kids enjoyed going on rides.  Here are some pictures of the weekend, but you can check out more in my flickr album, if you want!

S'mores on the 3rd

The Krasean cousins enjoyed eating s'mores together in the boat on July 3rd.  Anja was already sleeping at the time (poor thing, but she needed it)!  We are so blessed that these cousins have so much fun together.
