i heart faces - week 46: silhouettes

I took this picture of my son last week when we were having warm November weather for Minnesota standards. (We got 7 inches of snow yesterday, which you can see here.) Anyway, he was swinging and singing at the top of his lungs, "Oh, the blood of Jesus," which is a song from our church children's choir. It was beautiful outside and the setting was so peaceful - hard to believe this photo was taken about 2 miles from downtown Minneapolis!

What a lovely fall photo. I'm also happy to see that your children enjoyed the first snow of winter! I'm a little farther north and missed this snow storm, but we had one a couple weeks before that. I wish we would have had snow as well because if it's going to be cold, we might as well have snow too!

I love this photo Sonja! The silhouette captures the motion of the swing beautifully!

I love this photo! I can just picture him singing as loud as he can. Great use of the Rule of Thirds! :) The sun is wonderful!

This is so amazing! I love the composition, and the reflection of the sun on the water is gorgeous. Great job!

Such a pretty shot. I'd have to take a trip to a framer if I were you!
